Data and processing
Consent covers email and, where provided, name, company, number of users and message, together with submission date, time, page URL and the consent record. Permitted operations are collection, recording, storage, use to respond, correction and deletion, with or without automated tools. The request is delivered to the controller by email; nic.ru hosting is used for the website.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies until its purpose is fulfilled or it is withdrawn. Withdraw it by emailing info@melsoftware.ru from the submitted address. Data is deleted within the applicable statutory period unless another lawful retention basis applies.
Scope
This consent does not cover marketing subscriptions, publication of your message or public disclosure of personal data. It is given separately from other documents. The privacy policy is linked below.
