Purpose and data
We use your request to reply, prepare an OmniMailing demonstration and discuss the product. Work email is required. Name, company, number of users and your message are optional. Submission does not make a purchase or subscribe you to marketing. Do not include passwords, health information, payment details or confidential correspondence. Submission date, time, page URL and the consent record accompany the request.
Processing and storage
Processing includes collection, recording, storage, use to respond, correction and deletion, with and without automated tools. Requests are emailed to info@melsoftware.ru. The website uses nic.ru hosting. Contact Form 7 itself does not store submissions in the WordPress database; the request is retained in the received email. Access is used to handle requests.
Retention and your requests
Request data is processed until its purpose has been fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis applies. Data is then deleted within the applicable statutory period.
